How Accent Design Work
Stage 1: Initial consultation

This first meeting is an opportunity for you:

  • to view our portfolio and pose any questions you may have
  • to discuss your ideas and budget and the different levels of involvement we offer
  • to get a feel for your lifestyle and preferences
  • to measure your space and take some reference photos

We will then write to you with a full proposal and a Letter of Appointment which will outline the services and terms of business to be offered by Accent Design, to set out the scope of the project and the responsibilities of Accent Design and you, the client.

Stage 2: Design development

This involves:

  • gaining a greater understanding of your likes and dislikes
  • a perusal of our image library or possibly a reconnaissance shopping trip together to develop early ideas
  • developing two initial design concepts
  • presenting our ideas for discussion and comment
  • developing the design concept you have selected to completion
Stage 3: The Design

The final design concept comprises:

  • full floor plans and elevations
  • complete sample boards
  • full details of all furniture and fabrics suggested by us to complete the scheme
Stage 4: Implementation/Project Management
If you choose, we can implement the scheme on your behalf. We can produce a full schedule of works, source relevant contractors and oversee all works and installation.
